CriticalControl Announces Contract Extension and Additional Contracts CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - April 5, 2005) - CriticalControl Solutions Corp., (TSX VENTURE:CCZ) ("CriticalControl" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the extension of a primary outsourcing contract with the Government of Alberta for certain administrative and document management related services for an additional year. CriticalControl is also pleased to announce it has been awarded additional, net new work related to imaging and microfilm conversion services (the "New Work"). In total, the extension and New Work is valued at more then $8,500,000 over 3 years. Management expects over $5,000,000 of it to be recognized as revenues prior to March 31, 2006.
