RE: Hojat Parta

RE: Hojat Parta Nope, Not saying anything about Einstein was a hoax. People thought his comment about God not playing dice was wrong, quantum mechanics, intrinsic to the silcon transistors in your PC, is most defintiely statistical, at least in the way that we measure and observe, and that might be the problem. Schrodingers wave equation can be derived from first principals from fishers equations (don't tell phyicists, they don't like to hear it). Fisher equation are from communication theory and are used to determine how much information you can derive from a system based on the systems and the meausurments you can make. Wave-Partice duality, Quantum entanglement and dark matter all scream one thing, we still don't really understand some very basics, in particualr space-time. Here is an example, If you throw a tennis ball out your front door it is likely to change direction as it passes through the door, and the probability distribution of the directions it might are derived from Schrodingers wave equation. If you open a window near the door, that probability distribution changes, as long as there is a posiibility that you might miss the door and hit the windows, even if you actually never do. We have some great equations to explain reality, and a poor understanding of what they are actually telling us. Too many of my tutors accepted equations as the reality, rather than questioning the nonensical explanations they atributed to them. Hopefully we will have a major breakthrough in the next few decades. Hoep so, there is some really exciting stuff out there to discover. Idle
