RE: VIVO

RE: VIVO Idle thanks again for the detailed breakdown. >Why do you honestly think the market doesn't put any value on the > >stock given all of the complex, though positive, activity? Burn Rate of approx 50K/month Inability to ramp up sales quickly to get positive eps. I am not convinced they will ht breakeven this year. Finaces scream Bakruptcy, a Tax sale should clear up balance sheet this year, but still a long haul to good SP, with attendant risks. Most companies would have gone under long before now, management are very determined to see this one survive. Imagine investors want to see profitability and reasonable speed in rising income before pilin in. Products are now mature, we are not waiting for new major product to come online, we are simply a software house selling it's sofwtare, and the accounts should more are more accurately reflect potential as time goes by. If they make it, expect sales and income to accelerate, but this too will be a gradual build visible in accounts. >What is the reason they have missed sales projections & revenue >projections everytime? Inability to deliver product. Poor understanding of what itis to be a sofwtare house and what is involved, SCS always saw themselvesas a travel firm. Lack of world class designers and developers at Solarnet. It's an okay idea very badly executed. Ignoring the onset of the Internet beleiveing Green screens would rule travel instustry for years to come. >Are there any changes in power proposed that gives hope for the >future? On the BOD, notthat I am aware of. We can't afford to replace Rick (part of the reason he left is that he was never paid, simply promised equity I think and when things were not working out well this held little value. > How long before another funding is needed & what could attract > anyone to participate given managements record? They have a tight (no money) period between last PP and tax sale money coming in later this year. With no reources and in that timescale, they need to show they can deliver more systems and incomes. As long are there is reasonable chance of success they can raise at least enough to keep going. But we need to see three things; - 3 Speedres GDS modules live (with attendant increase in income - More TT/SB live (total and Airline) and others completed implemnation phase - Vivo prove itself with several sales live already. None of this is beyond the abloty of the compnay, but they have to been seen to delivering this. And they are doing it with Staff who don't always know their pay check is coming in at the end of the month, whichis not great motivation. Idle
