RE: More Dilution @ $2.35/sh

RE: More Dilution @ $2.35/shIMHO, whether it is dilutive will depend on their finding costs, which are already very low. They have so many drill ready locations, and are hitting such a high percentage of everything they drill, the growth curve could be greatly enhanced by expanding drilling this year. What if they add another 1000-2000 BOPD with these funds, in addition to the already conservatively projected 1900 BOEPD 05 exit rate? Then we would all be laughing all of the way to the bank. The math must be compelling, or I doubt that Patillo would have done it, because CTT certainly didnt need to do it to carry out its 05 plans. Also, with the tax benefits already on the books, a bought deal flow thru approach seems to make a lot of sense. We'll see how this works out. Like I've said before, I'm beginning to really like this management.
