Somealien - "The only problem with their comments is that they all imply that negotiations are stalled because Telus hasn't been fairly bargaining since they refuse to quit asking for some timely changes in the existing contract in order to make the new contract a future looking one rather than staying with a status quo/backward looking contract." It is very likely that the company created their own "agreement" and is demanding that the T.W.U. Bargaining Committee put it to a vote. Not exactly what one would define as bargaining. But you already know that.
