RE: 'Illegal' tactics by TELUS Management?

I think the company is feeling the pressure of having unhappy managers trying to cope with the huge backlog of work. There appears to be a note of panic and frustration in the tone of the pro company / ELT posts lately. Probably a reflection of what is and is not getting accomplished by the sick and tired managers.
