If you have a portfolio site (such as Yahoo), they always list the NRs below the pf, which you can immediately read. To copy this to a BB is a waste of time. I would think that BBs are for adding to what is already known, or discussing what has been released, or exchanging ideas....although no doubt it's just one way of passing the day for some ie just filler.
As to calling the company, I'm in Surrey, just south of London. A little expensive to simply pick up the phone and call the company!
