The rest of the article is just the usual disclaimers, it doesn't add anything else. I assumed, too, that it meant the placement is oversubscribed. The item was from CCNMatthews. I think the most encouraging part of the financing was that they were able to raise so much money. If we can accept that the lower price gives them the means to carry out a much more aggressive program, then we shareholders will benefit more and sooner. At least, that's how I've rationalized it! The share price has held up reasonably well so far compared with a lot of the other juniors.
