From what I heard
From what I heardI heard late last week that it would only be delayed about one week or so. They thought they could sign off on it and combine it with other prescheduled ceremonies but the timing was too tight.
I think it's likely one of the smaller players that hasn't dotted all the i's yet. Likely a formality at this point.
