As for the stock price, there are dozens of juniors experiencing this type of (likely tax-related) selling as we speak.
GSM is no exception, and in my view is particularly attractive b/c given its properties, it has NEARLY NO VALUATION.
You don't need to be too optimistic to see the potential for easy, quick gains in the near-term.
