I was indeed wrong in predicting the teens level for PEN before the upward move. However, as a long, I'm sure not complaining. It's time now for solid daily volume on the upside, and a break through resistance in the high 40's to low 50's on strength. If that occurs, then I'll feel more comfortable for the next leg up. In any event it's up to management to get the word out
Although the company hasn't mentioned it, I do hope that they have seen the light, and the importance of that fourth pillar needed to create shareholder wealth for a junior explorer/producer like ours.
