I recieved this response from Jim at BZA

We expect the permit any day. I have read the chat room and received
a lot of calls concerning the permit, but we have not received
anything official.

The deal with Barrick was a legacy transaction that has been finalized
after many years. There in not a financial transaction in the deal.
Golden Band and American Bonanza now controsl the right to the
property. Good deal for both compaines. Great property with a lot of
upside. Ron knows the property well.

There is spelling mistakes because any info like this that is supposedly from the company is not true.  This is material information that would affect the price of the stock.  If anyone at BZA were to give that kind of information to anyone and they acted on it, would constitute insider trading.  I doubt anyone at BZA is going to risk OSC investigation to tell any of us anything ...more
