wont let me copy and paste but that is for the air quality permit that was granted a few weeks back check the header over all that info

I can see why you think this behindblueeyes but I'm pretty sure I'm correct.... The news release which announced that we received the air quality permit stated that the air quality permit number was 50890. It could simply mean that the application is granted permission to move forward in the process, ie. it meets the standards for format, for content and for general acceptability (kind of like an initial screening to weed out what will obviously fail to obtain a license).But that it says it was granted, whether the license is granted or whether granted permission to move forward in the process, is

Took the risk of buying up 150K yesterday (through 80).  I think that 7 is actually mandated to hold it there for a another financing, could be wrong?But once he let's go, this thing will fly for an easy 50% gain in a short period of time.Cheers all.

BZA will have close to a quarter billion shares when current warrants are exercised in a year.There would be a rebellion if more shares were issued.  Besides, they have plenty of money  for this year and they will have $3m in free cash flow per month by September.There will be no more share issues until,the price rises to $1 and then an issue would only be done to fund a takeover

What the h are you talking about?  It was annonced a few months back that they were well financed, but not too long after that 2 PPs showed up to finance part of the mill that had to be moved to the site and the second and most recent one for I don't know what ( can't remember), but the fact remains that they issued 2 PPs since they said that they were well financed for the project

I've received confirmation from AZDEQ that the permit was signed off on 08-Apr..

as for the BZA PR department and the rest its just redicoulous that we on this board have confirmation multiple times on some pretty big news in the companys history and they cant or wont for one reason or another release the news its total BSjust going to be a big fizzzzzzel when they make the anouncement cause everybody and their dog knows about it by now if a bunch like us can get info the rest

Maybe there is a little more going on here then just the APP...........It will come.......it won't matter as the price of gold and gold shares are about to mount an unexpected surge that will catch most off guard as the stock market starts to decouple. Oz in the ground will be the most important part of this next rise. Tree73
