Does anyone out there know if any of the directors or large stock holers sold any shares before the announcement to moth ball the mine?

Of course they always do, but the sec is making it legal by allowing anonymous being anonymous. expect the stock to drop to 0.05 then a dead cat bounce then halt to have them annouce a new financing involving a 20-1 split.  If I was the new financier that,s exactly what I would order (get rid of existing shareholders).
