How much has Cunninghsam raised with NGTG for the purchase of AMK???????  Facts would suggest next to nadda...............

Take a look at the etherscan page for NGTG.  Look at holdes.  Look at transfers...................it aint gonna happen......imho..............and the opinion of any rational being.............imho.....

The only thing stopping this deal is the vote....and if that's what does it the price isn't going to drop because that would indicate that shareholders think it's worth more than 0.43

JS, the vote is a sure thing.  Between Eric and management, virtually impossible to stop.  ALot of shareholders will NOT vote at all...........thats the way it goes. The only issue is WILL CUnninghsam raise $210 million with their magic beans.   SO far it looks like NO chance...............imho

We all saw what happened when Glencore tried to buy Teck....It got rejected and the price immediately popped.... Same thing will happen here because it tells you the market values it higher than that....the next offer to come in whether it's Cunningham or not will need to be higher....

It's a completely different story if it fails from the Cunningham side....but if the shareholders reject the deal it should pop

If there is still naything left in share price, it will get decimated when the deal fails...........regardless of who/why. Ive said the vote is a sure thing though.  My one caveat is if the lock up agreeement requires a proof of funds before the vote takes place.  I could see Eric yankin his vote if there is a proof of funds clause and Cunninghsam doesnt delvier..............

With Sprott and other large share holders voting for the deal with Cunningham, the deal will probably go through.

I believed it was done deal once they said Sprotts backing it  Nothing to be sour about, take the money and find something else  Kind of like a divorce but the only difference is your walking away with some money Lol  Aloha

Thats just the CUnninghsams movin tokens amongs themselves............................ Cunninghsam Natural Resources will be a big recipient as will CUnninghsam mining Nugget Trap Gold TOken account held the iniial 5 billion tokens. THey will be moving 910 millioni of that to Cunnningham mining.  They will be moving another 90 million to Cunningham Natural Resources.  All for $0
