It still a very good margin 34% from 32 to 43 for one week period, this is the last call prior the vote result.

The closer we will be to the vote date the closer we will be to 43 cents, then we will remain at 43 until AMK will be delisted from the stock exchange.  Unless someone is not willing to wait for the cash and will sell at a little bit lower of 43.

Garzi, until Cunninghsam depostis $210 million with the transfer agent in trust, this will not trade at 43 cents........ whiile only my opinion, you will not see $210 million next week....or the week after .....opr the week after....or the week after....................... what you will see, imho, is lots of rumpin, excuses, fluff...................and extensions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shamefull...

Robi, the vote is a foregone conclusion:  YES.   Of course yes, who wouldnt want 43 cents for their 14 cent AMK???????? My guess is less than 50% of the shares, aside from Eric and insiders, even vote!!!!!! But the REAL  QUESTION is, where is Cunninghsam gonna get $210 million next week??????  NOT from GEM, thats for sure.....imho......
