Future of Iron Ore Prices?

I was reading recently about the future of iron ore prices, after next year, a lot of analysts mention that it should go down to $80-90 some predict worse, at $50, considerng how china will transform into a consumer driven economy, and many producers are increasing output.  All of this in the next few years.

We're toast if that happens.  Anyone do any research into this?  Thoughts?  I'm looking for evidence backed opinions. Thanks.

Here is article which I'm trying to get the link for but it's not working for me.   Put it this way, if you see prices like $50, you can kiss all of the projects within Canada good-bye.  There is no way anyone can survive with $50 iron ore prices.   Even companies like the Big 3 which if you read below, are operating at costs between $40-50. except Baffinland...which was scooped up under some shady circumstances. The resuts of that one are still to be reviewed with the OSC charges of insider trading.
