Prem Watsa investment in Omntrax flooded out line from The Pas to Port of Churchill could provide tranport of AGT food products to the Port.  This Port  could serve as The North American terminus shipping to Murmansk ,Russia creating a 2 way artic bridge. This port was cabable of shipping 710,000 tonnes of grain in 1970's.In addition,this northern community would greatly benefit from the  lower food costs and job creation.
