Debentures
According to my online broker, interest on the debentures will be paid to my account on January 2nd. This interest represents 3% of the par value of the debentures. Aweek ago you could have bought the debentures fro $13.50 for $100 worth, although you would have been stuck paying the seller the interest in advance.
Bottom line, company is still an ongoing concern meeting its' debt obligations.

Question is how long will it be able to meet its' debt obligations. If you spend more than you make eventually there is no more $$. Normally debentures are pretty safe....the fact that it was $13.50 per $100. should tell you that it is a risky investment. Be prepared to lose the investment.
