Communication

Stock has dropped over 40% in the last 2 months since their last news release (financials). Not a word from management....why do we have a investor communication director? Directors do nothing...likely collect their fees though. Has anyone heard anything?

That's a good point. The VP doing the job has very little idea of what Armtec does and its surprising that she has survived the change in regime from Philips to Anderson. After they lost income trust status the position became redundant. There are PR firms and Market Relations firms that could share the little information that comes out. But we've seen this movie before. This unusual ...more

I recall prior to and during the ONCAP ownership days, senior management, and sometimes even directors, making the rounds to all branches, and in some instances being interactive with customers and the projects Armtec was involved with. I believe it even happened during the time as an income trust fund. It was important, as it not only showed the Armtec employees and customers upper managements ...more
