A couple notable comments: 1) Lots of opportunities in front of them but they have limited capacity left and don’t want to draw their line all the way. They expect to sell Sandbox later in the year which will free up some capital. If they pursue too many opportunities they will come to the market with a sheer issue. 2) Someone asked about raising the dividend. They responded that they want to ...more

I'd be happy if they left the divy where it is and focused on growth.  At a current 7.75% that is an excellent return.  Get the share price up to $27 still gives you a 6% divy.  I don't think the market will push it that high until they can show a consistant bottom line growth.  At that point, increase the divy so we get the best of both worlds.  Solid capital gain ...more
