Taxes

Good quarter but still no resolution of the US taxes potentially owed for 2019 due to tax reform. For the nine months ytd possible $8.2 mm additional taxes owing. Changes the payout ratio for the 9 months ytd from 79% to 93% if paid. I will not add to my position until this is resolved. Other than that results look good.

I assume an update on the tax situation will happen during the CC.
