I don@t think Fantino and current management would be very excited about that. They could have unloaded twice already at over a buck. Has any type of a shareholder rights plan been adopted? At a dollar, would it be worth installing a poison pill? It has negative effects like dilution but a dollar....give me a break. I think they would be better off selling the company in pieces if it came to that.

I dont think it matters what Fantino and Raf would be happy with.  IMO they cant be looking to get top dollar in this environment and by the time this COVID malaise lifts things may degenerate more.  APHA earnings this morning were not great.  Demand would have been much better if borders were open and we were getting all of that tourist traffic.

Seems the only way to make money on AH is to short it,or wait for a run up of stock once a year then jump out and buy at half the price a little later GLTA
