I actually heard that Quarter over Quarter you're still sniffing farts for a premium to NAV. And that book value was what you called your monthly subscription to Mens weekly. I do wish you well ;)

Having spent 30plus years fixing stuff - I think Home Depot might be more up my street. Its incredible how inept millennials are when it comes to home improvement...... Nothing but love for Walmart greeters, and PSWs...... so much more integrity than a carnival barking creep.
