How would anyone that wanted to buy this company or its assets waste there time negotiating if they did not know what was in the asset they were going to buy. Makes no sense.

Understood NM. Go to azx.ca, click on the nr, now scroll all the way down. You'll see Ian Robertson's name from Kingsdale Advisors. He's the executive VP, communication strategy.
