I hope you are correct and a major consolidates the area because as you say, we have
the ounces in the ground and that would equate to a much more appreciative/realistic valuation for
Azx shareholders.
I am just pondering why EO is proceeding as if the only issue still
at hand is the SC and their "lack of direction" (the rumored Prb merger). Im assuming
that any other parties dealing with the SC has been kept secret from him?

It would not be to the benefit of the current BOD and any interested parties to communicate with him. It's all about control and who gets the prize. EO doesn't have a chance. He's desperate and has no control in shaping future policy decisions.GLTAL

As Currower stated EO doesnt have a chance, however he has to proceed to keep his promise to investors and the funds raised. Probably legally comitted?
