yeah, exactly ... shareholder will be asked at the meeting to consider and ... blah blah blah ... what you said.   The vote would be on a special resoltuion to perform a share consolidation at up to 10:1.   This is much different language then the previous 2017 vote which gave management the go ahead to consolidate if felt appropriate.   This vote is a vote to
