Roll back then 0.30 becomes 0.05 - 0.07 if your lucky .......then you need to wait. Well, as I said before "statement of claim" discovery will be pressed into March/April followed by settlement of undertakings to see if enough evidence exists to go to trial in a Court of Law. Can take 2-3 years to clean up ( max is 5 ) unless the value is greater than 1.5 million.......then up to 10

   I doubt a personal lawsuit can prevent a company from being bought or merged.....doesn’t sound right. And personally why not drill a little more? They’re finding gold after all. And gold prices will be on our side next year the way things are going.
