ok, nice to see the AEM bid, though it is still a steal for them.  AZX has lots of land, mostly unexplored, but lots of near surface gold.  Should be worth at least 15 cents.  I say dissolve the BOD, hand it over to a reputable auction house and entertain real bids.   When it comes to a vote, don't give up your shares easily.

Isn't AEM a 'real bid' even if low? There's nothing to stop other actors from making a bid, which if deemed superior to the Osisko or the new AEM bid would also cause it to be accepted. No need to do the gymnastics you're talking about and it isn't realistic to think the 'real auction house' scenario would  happen.. Good news is there may well be a bidding war ...more
