I wonder if he is leaving himself open to legal action by the OSC or another government body. I wonder if anything would happen should someone file a complaint.

Only baffling if we don't see his name tagged to the PP for at least 500,000 shares.As for the timing, if he dumped them AFTER the news was released yesterday, no harm, no foul.JMOTW

When a president of a company sells over 400,000 shares for peanuts...after telling me the sky is limit with this one, it doesn't do much to restore investor/shareholder confidence.Selling for a mere 9.5 cents certainly sends the wrong message.deet
