And the BID/ASK should never change drastically from the previous close UNLESS SOMEBODY IS "PRIVY" or "ALREADY INFORMED" of inside information ahead of the rest of us !!! = ILLEGAL

I think the bid/ask has more to do with the current market rather than the anticipated news. It's a sea of red out there.
