Yes he said write down behind us. Then diluted 100 million. Got lucky with a pandemic and used that to write down and clean up his friends and old guards mess. He then writes down 64 billion using Covid as the excuse among other loses taking us to 100 million. He then announces future possible dilution of 100 million which he will execute and buy NOTHING. @SKYPLT Good to see you. Unfortunatly we do have an image problem. The market's are hard on APHA. It is naive of us to think that APHA does not experience the same issues as the other LP's. The whole sector is hurting and no one company is stepping up to the plate to show leadership. Honestly, APHA should be cash flow flow positive by now, but we continue to be punished for the past. I

We are in alignment WRT competing in the USA.  One look at Blackberry and I am reminded of how Canada simply is incapable of first mover advantage.  The only whiff of hope I have here is there really is a plan in play to grab a JV or partial ownership of a USA based CPG company.  But we've speculated that to death on all the chat boards.  As for holding Irwin Simon
