There will be a fight and I hope all argex shareholders will group together and not let Alnaimi and his co-conspiritors get away with this.

does anyone remember the name of the law firm that had a stake in argex,maybe we can send them some emails to see if they are thinking of pursuing a lawsuit,i don't think they would give us any info but if there is enought shareholders willing to come foward this may help thanks

i don't think any of these firms have enought skin in the game to make them waste their time with a lawsuit,i would think that there is some small investors that are loosing more than this,thanks for the info,i will attempt to send emails and see what happens and if i get a response i will post them if they give me permission as they may not want to be disturbed
