Arcan Resources Ltd > Shareholders are being duped

Shareholders are being duped

I don't care how much of a debt burden Arcan has, at 5000 bbls/d and $90 oil they generate $450 grand a day!

Even at $400 grand a day they can easily service their debt and whatever else they waste their money on.

Starting to believe Arcan is no more than a pawn in CPG's strategy of 'divide and conquer', with Arcan Mgmt a willful participant, and common shareholders getting shafted as per usual.

Watch for CPG to throw down a stink bid at the moment of perceived maximum distress, which appears to be right about now, all a fabrication orchestrated by the ruthless takeover kings of CPG and Arcan Mgmt who sits in their back pocket.

There are hundreds of ARN shareholders that have the need to sell to get their tax losses for the year.  Anyone planning on a takover of ARN knows this.  Thats why I think a takeout before Christmas is likely.

Yes I am sure that an acquirer will definetly be concerned about that.

Arcan will never maintain 5,000/day with no drilling and implementation of a waterflood the well declines will kill them. The current wells awaiting completion were drilling in tighter rock to preserve expiring land and the well results are not good...BMO knows this and hence the downgrade..to the public results are not material so no press release is necessary there is the dupe to the market ...more

Think you hit the nail right on the head, Avonbob! More like you hit about 5 nails on the head...my calculations say they will come in closer to 3,400 - 3,600 bbl and nowhere near their 3 revision of exit numbers. Theyre not drilling and exploring so you can say buh-bye to bank line soon. I too believe CPG wont touch this and cut their losses...I speculate someone takes them out in Q1/2013 or Bank ...more
