Issue more secondary stock offerings: * Feb. 19, 2019 public offering of 7,200,000 shares of common * June 26, 2017 public offering of 4,500,000 shares of common stock * January 10, 2012 secondary offering of 9 million shares. 2. Lose money 3. Cut the dividend 4. Do a reverse stock split. 5. repeat the process
