points to ponder

fact as of today

market cap for chx     18,000,000   all kinds of debts

market cap for pce    129.000.000   some debt, no cash flow  hum

market cap for avf     122,000,000  debt free   some cash flow   hum hum

assuming that there is no merger    avf  will survive they may have to forgo dividens for a while hoping that ng price turn around... they may not make much money but they will survive..

chx  will be crushed by the debt load as their profits will not even pay the interest on their debts

pce will be in the same boat

now pwalk   where will those upper management get their money for their severance and departing goodwill    I am sure there is not a bank that will lend those millions of dollars to the management of pace and chx  if they going under.... however with a merger  you get the great dollars from avf to pay those severance...... the pace and chx management have been down this road many times,(previous company they managed) they were able to sweet talk the avf management into this deal but the sh  are not buying it.
