With money in the bank...after a NO vote ( for the third time ) AVF has stated they would acquire some new ASSETS ( O&G assets are on sale right now)  Heck Charger's market cap is now about 16 M. There is no need to add lots of debt, make huge payouts and dilute our shares !

Happy Birthday Jerry even if you are a habs fan and you believe in this "arrangement"
