Just got some info
From a reliable source that AVF is not the hold up with the merger. There is a single rouge holder with Pace that holds 8% and has voted AGAINST the deal. With his 8% there is a clause that if more then 10% are against there are more hoops to jump through for the deal to close. Apparently this individual is being smoozed before the 26th deadline.

Pwalk, I don't suppose your reliable source offered up any information regarding specific reasons for this individuals no vote did they?
