Just got an itinerary for the upcoming shareholder's meeting (March 24th).

The proposal is to roll back the shares: (up to) 5.5 to 1.

This roll-back was announced over 3 weeks ago, and nobody has seemed to care... Now that it is official - everybody is panicking? Keep selling-off those shares folks... so I can pick them up for cheap.
