MONTREALFeb. 16, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ -  BioAmber Inc. (OTCPK: BIOA) announced today that the Toronto Stock Exchange(TSX) has notified the Company that it has determined to suspend trading in the Company's shares of common stock, effective February 16, 2018, and to delist the Company's securities effective at the close of market on March 16, 2018.

These measures were taken due to the Company not meeting the continued listing requirements of the TSX. Notification by the TSX of expedited listing review was announced on February 13, 2018.

The Company's shares currently trade on the OTC Pink Sheets. The TSX notification does not affect the Company's business operations or its Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") or applicable Canadian reporting requirements, and does not constitute an event of default under any of the Company's debt obligations.

What do you think will happend to the shares holders of TSX:BIOA ?   Will they loose 100% of their investment, or will it be converted by BioAmber into another stock other than the TSX.   Thanks
