Tax venture listing?

anyone know if they expect to lost on the venture or only be trading otc? Anyone know how long that process could take if they chose to go venture? One of those with shares in tfsa so curious when I could potentially unload them. Thx

Company will be seeking a Canadian Listing " the company may seek alternative Canadian marketplaces on which to be listed, including the TSX Venture Exchange." As far as your shares in the TFSA, if they become a non qualified security you can have your broker transfer them to a non registgered account at fair market value or you could have your broker sell them OTC before they  ...more

are otc shares not already a non-qualified investment. Have the understanding that all Canadian shares are fair game but American otc are not. Is there another classification being otc that changes that?

so if I get your meaning, I could sell them.on otc and (not professional advice) not receive penalty to tfsa presently? Getting little concrete information from re sources available.
