• On July 26th the Inter Pipeline Ltd. (“IPL”) Board of Directors announced that the alternative transaction with Pembina Pipeline Corporation (“Pembina”) has been terminated after receiving Brookfield Infrastructure’s enhanced Offer

They only have a clear path if enough shareholders tender.  If not they just become a large minority shareholder......... Cheers.

The way BIP.UN keeps reminding IPL shareholders to remember to tender their shares, I'm thinking they might not even hit the threshold they need to take up the shares offered.  Wouldn't that be a kick in the teeth.  Maybe at that point Pembina comes back into the picture.......?? Cheers.
