BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd > The Reality is....
View:
Post by TSX-BEAR on Jun 26, 2012 12:30pm

The Reality is....

10 cents !!  Why ??

BioExx is long on a compelling vision (new plant protein ? 50 years BS) with broken promises and failed expectations and outright lies to brokers (will produce in a few hour days weeks and SOON).

They overspent 100 milion and borrowed a few more million to stay out of CCAA for now

Thye have signed deals with Helm AG Hormel Century to sell BUT they have NOT PRODUCED.

No sales no earnings but thye have a PLAN........

The plan is that GEA will say it can be scaled up (for a hefty fee) to a commercial profitable business and there surely be interest in the food industry. A partnership or buyout or burnout ??

So far the silence is deafening and the buying is overwhelming

To-day so far there is 10,000 shares traded for $ 1,000.... coffee money....

"The World's first in 50 years"  .............Marketing Genius but production reality failure

In one month make few tons for samples ( no sales reported) and lose $ 650,000

$ 5.000 to to the leader every week..

Everyone Look at the well dressed King .........but the child says "The emperor has no clothes".........really

I do not share your optimism concerning the business plan and the comptetence of the management team. However, you are right to highligth the fact that the bids substantially outweigth the asks which suggest a move up at the slightest postive news. Furthermore, stocks market are prone to speculative outburts unsubstantiated by any factual information meaning that many, including myself, are likely ...more

Mike - you are wrong! The emperor has new clothes - its the shirt of your back and mine! Good post - thanks for standing up to the brokers and advisors for us.  I am sure I speak on behalf of everybody here when I say youa re doing a great job.

Leroy, Leroy, Leroy.  DO you never stop.  What you lack in stature at least you make up for in,... well something. Compare the SP today to the price of a wad of chewing gum.  And I am sure you know all about comparing wads. The cash is almost gone.  So is the third tonne of fizz.  I hear the rats got it because they could no longer afford a padlock for the shed door. A ...more

I mean - four might have been something.  But three.  I guess that's what happens when your core technology does not work.
Comment by Herviov on Jun 26, 2012 3:03pm
Dude, there is absolutely nothing in my profile so I wondere how you concluded that I like cox. Just how old are you?
Comment by DrAudit on Jun 26, 2012 3:07pm
Leroy, Leroy, Leroy,....  are you mental or something,....
Comment by DrAudit on Jun 26, 2012 3:12pm
Ooops.  My bad.  It's CQX not COX.  I'm not wearing my glasses today. But it is you isn't it Leroy and you are posting the same nonsense. blah blah blather blah. Really - this board has simply become a medium for propaganda.  Even when people post true things you can see a mile away what their motivation is.
Comment by DrAudit on Jun 26, 2012 3:14pm
Back in the day of course you folk would bother to hide your chicanery and actually put a little effort into it.  Today I guess this train wreck just does not warrant the effort any more. Mind you, how much effort went into the three tonnes really.  Would it have killed them to produce a round dozen?
Comment by Herviov on Jun 26, 2012 3:39pm
If anybody around here spews the same thing over and over again it is you my good sir! Your three tonnes stunt is becoming a bit tiresome. Many people bought into this company when the SP had already fallen so it is not everybody who is bitter about its past failures. As far as I am concerned, this company as alomost already achieved its short term target so I couldn't care less about your ...more

1320, I am not clear how to understand your post. Are you saying it is all a scam by a company that never produced any thing more than an alleged three tonnes of protein that no one saw - and that you are actively engaged in misrepresenting your intent to your fellow posters?  Is that it? Honestly Leroy - that is cold.  Lives have been ruined.
Comment by Herviov on Jun 26, 2012 4:03pm
Well, that might be cold but my investment just increased by 4.76%. How about your loss? Is is sligthly less bitter in your mouth now?
Comment by DrAudit on Jun 26, 2012 4:10pm
Well if you put it like that.

Did you get all that from "Three Tonnes" or "Scam" ?
Comment by DrAudit on Jun 26, 2012 4:39pm
Seriously Leroy I think you have gone mental.  I say this as a friend. Next you'll be telling us you can get protein by squeezing canola seeds. (Which is certainly viable but evidently not by this company.  Unless you understand "viable" as pi***ng 100,000,000 bucks of people money down the drain.

And use a spell chack Atheena for heavens sakes.
Comment by Herviov on Jun 26, 2012 5:03pm
Who is Atheena? Who is Leroy? Who are you talking to? You don't believe in this company, that point we got it crystal clear. They burned 100 000 000$, their CEO is a sweet talker, they can only produce 3 tonnes which might be a lie, that we get too. So what is your point? This company isn't worthanything? Then sell and GTFO! What are you trying to achieve? Get us to sell? Fine, but stop ...more

As am I Leroy.
Comment by DrAudit on Jun 26, 2012 7:13pm
In the spirit of reasonable compromise let me say this.  We're all friends here and we're all reasonable people.  Let's agree to stop talking about three tonnes, which sounds way small (because it is.) Lets instead agree to talk about poundage.  6000 pounds sounds so much more.  Or ounces ?  Ounces, yes !!  Thats 96,000 ounces.  Deal Leroy ?  ...more

I must admit that, to a certain extent, I enjoy your delusion about me being your imaginary friend named Leroy. Makes me feel like I've been a member of the gang for so much longer. You can talk about your three tons (I don't use archaic measuring units such as pounds) all you want. What I am wondering is why talk about it everyday. We all know that! I am pretty glad that the price almost ...more
