REDOX ( what causes morph reaction )

Igneous ------->  Granites / Feldspars
GJ Wasserburg1964Cited by 360Data from a wide variety of igneous rock types show that the ratio of potassium to uranium is approximately 1 X 10(4).

Granite
The chemical composition of granite is typically 70-77% silica, 11-13% alumina, 3-5% potassium oxide, 3-5% soda, 1% lime, 2-3% total iron, and less than 1% magnesia and titania. Volcanic rock of equivalent chemical composition and mineralogy is called rhyolite.

Feldspar - X Factor
What is the chemical composition formula of feldspar ?
Feldspar is one of the most abundant minerals in the earth's crust. The feldspars include a range of compositions with the general chemical formula xAl(Al,Si)3O8 where x can be sodium (Na) and/or calcium (Ca) and/or potassium (K).

X = one of 3 elements.

Sodium metal is highly reactive to water ( explosive ).
Sodium diuranate, also known as the yellow oxide of uranium, is an inorganic chemical compound with the chemical formula Na 2 U 2 O 7

Potassium metal is also highly reactive explosive.
Potassium inherantly assoc to Uranium

Calcium
Potassium 40 decays to calcium
Calcium can react violently with WATER, STEAM, MOISTURE and STRONG ACIDS (such as HYDROCHLORIC, SULFURIC and NITRIC) to form flammable and explosive Hydrogen gas.

Lithium 6, 7 metsls = highly explosive in water.
Lithium also runs with uranium.

QUESTION ?
Why are some green phosphates / potassic geologies morphing and others not ?
= Acids, water other elements are needed for reaction.
= As pointed out above = they may not contain a potassium / uranium with in = to react.

CHIHUIDOS
Potassium can be green  ( several other colors too )
Phosphate can be green  ( several other colors too )

Green oxides ( pink redbeds nearby )
Granites or Feldspars

No distinct reaction / redox
Just green and pink

Think sandy green and pink dunes
Thick green sedimentry shales
No redox

Secret Location ( below image )
Upper inset image has the cauliflower redox ( light green / yellow ) = multiple km's long
Main large image has the greens
Main image also has the pinkish reds + whites  <------------------

Could the whites be a potassium white geology blend with the pinkish reds and greens ?
Could this be the smoking gun ( white potassium ) needed for a redox to reveal uranium ?
Water has a presence in this SA area.

Upclose = green / yellow cauliflower redoxing very apparent.
Inset images are nearby ( kept location secret otherwise i would've shown how many
km's this redoxing runs. ( several )

Yup.... trying to solve the mystery why some phosphates redox and others don't.

If BSK wants the mystery location - simply inbox.
All at surface - scoop and go.
Happy to share and help.

Cheers....
