You *%#€£¥¥¥ only thing being signed sealed delivered is a warrant for arrest for fraud and embezzlement. And no the sec doesn't handle that ragingc.

You r right. The SEC doesn't do that. IIROC is the investigative body here. Not sure why you arguing point. Not like it matters. That said... since this has been going on so long with ZERO communication from company I'm at 80 percent this will end badly with that getting worse every day. Hiding behind a LOI and merger only works so long. Oh well... stupid is as stupid does
