Pavel, Nothing to find on Portage, it is a newly formed company by these ex-Pfizer guys. Company name will be changed to Portage along with a new symbol. Going to raise a tonne of cash at higher share price, and eventually it will find a listing on AMEX and then NASDAQ in a similar manner as MDVN.
