I agree with RJ19 that this stock has been naked shorted - several of my stocks got messed up that way along with this one. We need to keep the SEC aware that this could happen again since I believe there is a large naked short position eith this stock and they wll do it to us again if we let them.

hello. Do you REALLY think sending the SEC is going to do anything? LOL, they will not answer. I have been so wrapped up in this Balaton for more yrs then I care to remember. I honestly feel this company is a "pig" and never going anywhere. If they do it will not happen before 5 yrs. I PRAY I AM WRONG for all of our sake but I seriously doubt it.   The same type of messsages ...more

well thanks, I was here YEARS ago. And NO I DO NOT LIE.  I do however agree with what you say about the potential or I would have gotten out yrs ago. It's just a hang in there thing at this point. I really thought when this lawsuit of theirs was paid off sometime ago this crap would end, but it doesn't look this way. Anyway I reallydo hope for everyones sake it shows some serious ...more
