HVI trading halted until further notice

what baffles me is how they can let HVU trade and not HVI . They run iverse to one another. If I want to short HVU, i would buy HVI, and vice versa. This option is not available right now . That is the whole idea here, is it not ? That is how to trade volatility !! Ph^*&d up system !!!

Not sure about any redemtion payout. This was latest from Horizons.
