What this LOI with Beauty Kitchen / Marianna means
-The acquisition of 25% of a celebrity beauty brand (Sean "Puffy" Combs, David Arquette, Christina Milian, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and so on use their products) -Acquisition of a well known brand that has been around for 8 years in the US regularly featured in the media -Acquisition of a brand that has over 120,000 social media followers on IG, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook, all of which could maybe turn and start following PRMO & Marianna once the spin-out has been completed. -Access to over 100 different CBD and non-CBD beauty products (hand sanitizer, creams and lotions, eye gels, soaps etc...) -PRMO can now offer white-labeling capabilities for companies (Beauty Kitchen white-labels their products for various companies) -PRMO can go to market right away with any of these products without the use of spending large sums of money on R&D and formulations. -PRMO now has the option of creating a full line of (CBD or non-CBD) products branded with their name on it In my opinion this is a great beginning to an amazing business relationship.

While I agree this is a smart move and could put this in the .035-.05 in the short term (and given market conditions), where are you finding the list of celebs that use their product? Thanks

Hi there, I've been following the company and the founder on Instagram for a while. Also with a quick Google image search of the name Beauty Kitchen and the founder Heather Marianna you're able to see which celebrities use the products.

Yes there is major exposure on Beauty Kitchen. The founder is really out there and constantly promoting the brand. It's not b-list celebrities; we're talking major a-lister's. In my opinion too, it's a great relationship. Cheers
