For goodness sakes, cant we do a sharholder revolt and force a sale of assets? There are absolutley zero 10% stakeholders in the company and management/director ownship is essentially non-existent. This company is wiedely held and not one enttity has a major stake---WE ALL OWN IT!!! Sell everything, close out the company and take the money!!! Wish we had a champion to take the bull by the horns ...more

Everyone here.. start sending email to investor.Relations@bxe.com and ask them questions more often than ever. ER next month. If possible, please attend the ER and force the management to stop diluting us. They have declared that they have $500M open facility and can dilute SH anytime. Who would buy in this scenario when you know what's coming ahead?
